    New Roofs

    Loft Conversions

    Loft conversions are one of the most popular types of home alteration and a great way to add valuable living space to your home. Loft conversions can, and often significantly boost the property’s value. We can transform your unused loft into attractive and functional accommodation.

    Cost of Loft Conversion

    Cost of loft conversion will vary depending on the two major factors: materials used and the labour. It should not be done on the cheap. If you want to turn your attic into something more than into another storage room you have to invest in proper and relevant insulation, structural floor, safe electrical and plumbing system, perhaps a dormer, and if it’s done properly it will add a value to the property.

    Interior & Exterior Painting

    We undertake exterior painting, including windows, sills and doors and garage doors, using the bestquality gloss paints, as well as other exterior painting requirements such as decks, sheds and outbuildings exterior walls.

    Preparation in advance of exterior painting is vital and we will repair wood when necessary before applying undercoat and topcoats. We also apply masonry paint to surface requiring it.

    Our decorating service ranges from gloss painting of surfaces, emulsion painting of walls and ceilings, through to hanging wallpaper to walls as well as disguising cracks and repairing plaster.
